Technique
Technique is the backbone of individual soccer skill development. At Strike Force, we believe mastering ball control, passing, dribbling, and shooting forms a solid foundation for a player. It boosts confidence, enhances adaptability on the field, and improves overall performance, enabling players to be more effective, creative, and efficient during matches.
Awareness
Awareness is vital for a soccer player's development. It involves understanding the game flow, teammates' positions, and opponents' movements. Enhanced awareness enables better decision-making, quicker reactions, and strategic positioning on the field. It fosters improved teamwork, communication, and overall performance, making a significant impact on a player's development and contribution to the team.
Speed/Agility
Weather you are a player with speed or a player that lacks speed. Strike Force is a firm believer that speed and agility is critical to soccer players success. You do not always have to be the fastest player but if you are dedicated strike force can make you a quick player over short distance.
Confidence
Strike Force believes that confidence on the ball and on the field ultimately leads to consistency so we create a positive, fun and competitive environment while pumping confidence into players so that they can see how good they can be.
Intensity
Intensity is apart of who Strike Force is. We believe that for players to get better they must always give 100% and coaches will not give anything less than 100% either. Everything we do is with intensity because that’s what it takes to play at the next level.
Enjoyment
Strike Force believes that for a player to reach the levels that they want to reach they must fall in love with the sport so everything that strike force does is designed to push the kids but also to have fun. Strike force coaches are always positive no matter what.
GARY GAYLE
Born in Jamaica, Gary Gayle has been a Coach and Trainer in the U.S. since 2016. Gary has a USSF C License and is a Coach and Trainer with Cincinnati United Premier (CUP) and Cincinnati United (CU).
